Brad Morrison

President

With 12 years of experience in information systems security engineering and technical risk management, Morrison consults with commercial and federal government clients to identify and manage strategic business risk, specifically those inherent in technology systems used to support key business processes and organizational objectives. He also serves as practice leader for the Energy and Utilities practice.

Prior to co-founding Innové, Morrison was a manager in KPMG LLP's information risk management practice. He led and executed IT governance, control and security consulting engagements, which focused on regulatory compliance and optimizing the return on information security investment.

Morrison served as a Captain in the United States Air Force. As a communications and information officer, he was responsible for planning, directing and controlling resources to support a secure end-to-end communications capability for military intelligence and command and control functions.

Morrison holds a master of science degree in telecommunications from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Southern Methodist University. He is also a Distinguished Graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in management.

Morrison is a member of the Association of Professionals in Business Management, Information Systems Audit and Control Association, Project Management International, American National Standards Institute X9, Internet Engineering Task Force, Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, and Young Entrepreneurs Organization.
