Morrison's oversight role in the company's core strategies, finances, human resources, and contract administration is bolstered by her background and training in small business development, government contract management, human resources administration and small business accounting. She holds a Top Secret/SSBI clearance.

Prior to co-founding Innové, Morrison enjoyed a career in commercial, retail and non-profit management, during which she developed strengths in market analysis, strategic planning, fundraising and donor relations.

Morrison earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
