Sandra Warthen

Warthen joined Innové in 2007 with more than twenty years experience in government contract administration, negotiation, proposal development, cost analysis, capture management and contract performance compliance.
While managing contract administration operations for various companies throughout her career, Warthen has been instrumental in the proposal development process, including win strategy development and implementation, pricing/costing strategy and risk management. She has also advised senior management on business development opportunities, strategic planning and acquisition due diligence.
Warthen's expertise in managing teams of contract administrators is augmented by her previous leadership in human resources, including recruiting, compensation, employee benefits administration and training.
Warthen holds a bachelor's degree in management from National Louis University. She is a member of the National Contract Management Association.
