Kovach joined Innové in 2007 with more than ten years experience in sales management, business development, project management, retail banking operations and internal IT consulting.

A proven, creative sales leader, Kovach has managed large sales footprints for various companies in the telecommunications, engineering and technology industries. His experience spans managing project budgets, schedules, implementation project teams, vendor negotiations and service and call centers. He has reengineered key management processes enabling increased customer satisfaction and productivity improvement, while consistently exceeding sales objectives.

Kovach's expertise lies in analyzing customer needs relative to current business obstacles, identifying opportunities and scoping potential solutions.

Kovach earned a bachelor's of science degree in information systems from Texas State University.
